Men's Support Group
Coordinator: Richard Daggett (781-642-7678)
The Men’s Group is a regular gathering of men committed to living the Gospel message more fully in all areas of our lives, both individually and collectively. We dwell in the question “Where is God in your life?” The group offers a supportive and confidential environment in which its members can freely discuss and openly share thoughts, experiences, and questions about our faith and how we are called to live our faith in the world. Books, articles, tapes, and Gospel readings facilitate the meeting reflections and discussions. We gather twice a month to pray, discern, and support each other personally and to find Christ in each of our lives and in the world. The Men’s Group is presently complete. However Our Lady’s and the current Men’s Group are prepared to help organize and support the formation of another Men’s Group.

“I have found the women’s support group to be a true sisterhood, and I have gained insights from our differences and reassurance from our similarities. It is a place where I have felt free to express hopes, dreams, concerns and conflicts in an atmosphere of loving support and gentle humor that is free of judgment or criticism.”

Women's Support Group

Small groups of women from various backgrounds and experiences come together regularly, creating a sacred space where discussion is open, confidentiality honored and individuality respected. A host of topics are discussed throughout the course of a year: women in the church, prayer, self-esteem, career changes, abusive situations, living through crisis, etc. Apart from the regular meetings, groups enjoy dinner, theater, museums, movies, retreats and days of prayer. The support groups are a wonderful way for women to minister to women and to develop lasting friendships.
