As you can see, August was a particularly tricky month to schedule.  In addition to people who are inactive for the summer there are lots of vacations scheduled, and August is also a five weekend month.  There are many Masses that do not have enough ministers.  If you are able to serve at any Masses in August please fill in the schedule in the work sacristy.  Also, as always, please be sure to check in if you are attending Mass and are not already scheduled.  While it is always appreciated to have people check in, in the summer it becomes crucial!  In order to continue to be a welcoming community, we will still try to have 4 plates and 6 cups at each Mass.  Thank you for your flexibility.

It is very important that you check in at least 10 minutes before Mass, otherwise we may need to ask someone else to cover for you.

Please make sure to update your preferences in the system if they are changing for the fall.
           
We do our best to honor all requests and all personal preferences.  We also try to schedule people regularly for each ministry in which they participate.  Please let Chris Graf or Maribeth Scott know if you are being scheduled too often, not often enough, at the wrong Masses, or anything else.

A note for Eucharistic ministers –If you are distributing the Precious Blood please stand near the columns and keep the cups together.

Please make sure to input or call in your unavailable dates for September no later than August 1st.
